I have purchased an item from Shopify powered website https://theurbanfit.in/?country=IN , but the item was returned to merchant without opening of product. Now the team is not responding for refund or anything else, how can I contact them? How to get my product or refund? can anybody suggest?

Maybe try and get in touch with the store directly through any e mail, phone or social that may be listed on their website. No response, file a dispute with your payment provider (i.e. bank or credit card). This generally spurs swifter action and can also potentially help you get your money back if the merchant remains unresponsive.
