I use Printful for my POD business, and I had a customer put in an order with their wrong address. It got sent back to Printful and it cost me $9 to reship to their correct address. Since this is solely an error on the customer's part how do I charge the customer for this???? Printful never charges the customer directly and uses my credit card for all transactions. SHOPIFY doesn't seem to have any guidance on this issue either. Can someone help me so I can be aware for the future, or is there a current way to still charge a RESHIPMENT fee to customers?
