Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I have a store on Shopify, and customers have noticed that there is a problem with the payment process, through Paypal it shows a message To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined, please solve this problem because we are losing a lot of customers and contacted support In Shopofay and did not find a solution, they say the problem is in Paypal
Hello, I am in Saudi Arabia
Steps applied:
1- The link to the Pay account has been separated and re-linked again in the same place.
2- A new (business) PayPal account was created and linked to the store and a purchase was made as a customer. Also, the same problem and the same message
3- The support was contacted in Shopofay and I did not get a good result
Please look into this problem, because I noticed a lot of boards pop up, and from this problem appeared, solved, solved,
We lost a lot of customers, time and effort, as well as subscribing to groups, applications, and previous ones, and I gained nothing but loss! And this you do not satisfy with your customers in Shopofay, we are the capital of Shopofay, without us you will not succeed, this is the trade.
This message appeared after completing my store, and my PayPal (business) account was linked to the Shopofay platform and the link was successfully linked.
The screenshot was taken by me by entering a PayPal account (individuals) on the basis that I am a customer who wants to buy a product from the store and this message appeared, and to confirm that the PayPal account (individuals) was changed to my brother’s account and also this message appeared

Knowing that my PayPal account has been permanently closed and restrictions have been imposed, and this is the text of the message: You can no longer use PayPal
We at PayPal pride ourselves on providing a safe community for our customers to do business. We've noticed that there are activities on your account that violate the terms and conditions of our User Agreement, so we can't provide PayPal services to you anymore
In accordance with this decision, if applicable, you are no longer eligible for PayPal Seller Protection coverage as per the User Agreement on our website, and this decision will apply to all existing and future cases.
Is it possible that the problem is due to the tax (according to the countries that impose fees) or shipping according to the supplier may not be shipped to those countries and the option of free shipping is placed on the Shopofay platform and shipping to all countries of the world, or that there are new policies and regulations that have been taken before Paypal, the reality of the situation is very tiring for us as shopkeepers
Thank you for your reply and for sharing the detailed context of the issue, @Storezain.
You mentioned that you received a message from PayPal regarding your account closure. I encourage you to contact PayPal Support directly as this is outside of Shopify's scope of support.
In the meantime, I'd like to share additional payment gateways in Saudi Arabia that are accepted on Shopify. Some payment gateways to look into are: 2Checkout, Checkout.com and FasterPay.
