Return or refund of wrong product!!

Today a parcel has been delivered to me in which the product which I ordered is not there, please change the product quickly or return my payment.. when I place the order showing  buy one get one free or brush was also included in it but. Only one box came and that too of any brand..please do something as soon as possible, otherwise return my 599 rs .
