Reversed Bank Transfer?

In the same seemingly minute. Shopify deposited my bank transfer and then reversed it. I’ve had 3 or 4 chats to try and understand what’s going on. It’s no longer in my Shopify account, hasn’t shown up back in my bank account and Shopify keeps telling me to check with the bank even though I’ve already told them that I did and the bank tells me that they haven’t done anything to cause that.

My whole business is now at a standstill because my vendor account for materials is on hold since I can’t pay the invoice owed. I can’t get new material in and I can’t make any additional sales because Shopify can’t figure out how to do a bank transfer. I’ve had dozens of other transfers with them and haven’t had an issue but they can’t seem to explain this.
