Romania cities dropdown list

Hello, I have an online shop in Romania and I have the following problem: i need a dropdown list for the cities. I only have a dropdown for the counties, but every county has a number of cities. Is there any chance you can include this list in your shopify system. I can provide you the complete list of the cities.

Why i need it? Because there are a lot of clients that by mistake they input a wrong name for their city and this translates into an error in our order processing flow.

If you can include this list into your system you will put a very big smile on the shopify store owners in Romania.

This sounds awfully familiar - I was actually speaking to someone from Turkey who had a similar request! It's true that some regions do have supported dropdowns in the checkout (Canada is such an example) so it would be awesome if we could get this available for other regions, too.

At this time, there is no way to add a drop-down for Romania's cities into your checkout. As such, I'm going to pass this feedback and thread along to our Product Team so they can see that there is a desire for such functionality. I can't comment on what the feedback may result in, but you can trust that the team will be aware of this!
