Royal Mail Click and Drop not always importing tracking into Shopify

Hi all,

We have noticed that when we process orders in Click and Drop, the tracking numbers do not always import into Shopify.


We follow the same process each day, always using the same postage option and ticking the same boxes. It then appears to be random when a manifest processes correctly and all the orders have their tracking numbers imported and when they don't.

Does anyone know of why this is and have a fix?
