Royal Mail Click and drop - not importing older orders into platform

Hi

 

Ive just set up the click and drop intergration with my shopify store but it is only pulling in orders from the last week 

I have tried importing them using a spreadsheet but it isnt pulling through the order numbers, therefore im unable to find the orders im fulfilling on  c&d  

 

Can anyone help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you referring to the app Click & Drop

 

If so, I'd encourage you to connect with the app developer directly. As Click & Drop would be considered to be third-party, their app developers will be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved. 

 

To connect with the app developer, you can head into the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by Click & Drop' section to view their support options.
