Royal Mail Click and Drop

My orders are not being updated on click and drop.

On the Royal Mail site, my shop states integrated.

However, the app is not showing up on my Shopify shop in the list of apps.

I also cannot find the app by searching for it.

Any help?

Hi I am having similar issues with Royal Mail Click and Drop. I have integrated the click and drop with Shopify as I want to connect my store with them but can't see the app in Shopify, it should show up I would have thought. Is this because I am on the cheaper plan? I also can't locate it in the app store. Any ideas?

Never got a reply.

I just kept refreshing the page with my fingers crossed.

Now I'm having to manual create labels, as I'm having the issue again....
