Runaround between Store, Shopify, ShopPay and AFFIRM

I've been getting the run around on an order over $250.00. I'm instructed to go through a Maze of cr@p,  completing tons of forms, etc with AFFIRM 2 even SUBMIT a claim - images included - only 2 hv AFFIRM site 'Fail' & i hv 2 start over. Which, btw, I'm instructed to f/u w/ SHOPIFY. Or ShopPay, depending on 'Who's on First'.  And, of course, ShopPay pops-up. Chimes-in. Yadda. And, yes, the Seller/Store. Which I've tried every which way from Sunday. Turns out, depending on who u want 2 believe, Feds, for example... PetMagicWorld has many SPELLING variations: add an 's' on the end; only the 'P' is Capitalized; no 'd', sometimes no 'l'; sometimes neither 'l' or 'd'. Shall I continue?

Thing is, I actually RECEIVED a msg or 2 from 'Petmagicworld' confirming my ship address - twice.

Nothing since.

There's NO WAY to call them, no way to CALL AFFIRM, SHOPIFY, or ShopPay.

 

Research is showing Petmagicworld Company is a FRAUD & "known to be".

 

If that's the case, why the H#LL doesn't AFFIRM, SHOPIFY or ShopPay know this? And WHY can't I get ANY OF THEM to respond??
