Sagepay Direct, 3D Secure and offline orders in the UK

Hi,

We were using Sagepay Direct to take our payments, and also to enter offline orders and payments in the back office.

Then, as Sagepay Direct isn't compliant via Shopify with 3D Secure, Sagepay told us to move to Sagepay Form, but as that's not a direct payment gateway, we can no longer process offline transactions - we need to log into the Sagepay website now to do that.

Is there a way we can use Sagepay Direct, be 3D Secure for online customers and allow us to enter offline transactions in the admin area of the shop?

Have anyone on Sagepay implement ed wallee? What does that do with Sagepay and Shopify?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am using Sagepay to process my EU transactions on Shopify and have been advised that all EU card payments not using 3D secure will be declined from the 1st December 2020. I need to find a way to get the Shopify Sagepay integration to support 3D secure v2 so any advice you have is gratefully received.

Many thanks,

PD

Hi,

No there wasn't a solution.  We had to move from Sagepay to Shopify Payments.

Best wishes,
Mark

Hi all,

So there are two different SagePay integrations for Shopify. If you choose the integration called SagePay Form, it is compliant with 3D Secure. We have switched over to this one and it working fine.

Thanks

Just go to Settings -> Payments and scroll down to Third Party Payment Providers. You can then choose Sagepay Form from the list.

Has Sagepay Form been removed from the list of alternative providers, I can't see it in the list? Anyone else the same?
