Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi all,
We launched our store recently and have received 4 orders in the first day but in the analytics section it is only showing that we have 2 orders. Furthermore, this issue directly translates into the miscalculation of our sales. It should be a higher amount of sales but it is lower due to the other 2 orders not being detected.
Can someone please help/provide insight on this issue as soon as possible?
