Same Credit Card Info showing on Different Accounts When Creating New Account (Same Person)

Question for anyone that can provide some feedback/insight into this.

We are in the process of finishing up a shopify website and when testing, we created 3 separate accounts for the same Person, changing the email. We are seeing the same Credit Card information previously input only on the original account showing on the new accounts when going through the checkout process.
