I would not recommend Alpacka for e-commerce fulfillment. In my experience and research, I found their monthly storage fees to be extremely high, the number of hours they bill for inventory management ridiculous, and their business ethics questionable.

Our company doesn't bill hourly fees so you don't get black box fees like that. Our customers care about transparent rates and customer service.
