Is this a scam seller?

I ordered a hoodie that should have been here within 15 days at most. That was on 19 December and it is now three January and I still don't even have a tracking number. I even paid for protection like an idiot.. I emailed the support but I haven't gotten an answer yet. My next step is sending this to the FBI fraud for credit fraud.

Hello there @POGLOL  was this store offering a large discount maybe in and around 50% for the hoodie? There seems to be an influx of such stores recently scamming people and then not responding. Make an official report to Shopify so the store can be listed or looked into then make sure you get in touch with a verified Shopify customer support representatives on the immediate next steps you should take at the moment.
