I also have been scammed. I tried to get help 2 weeks after my order and they said I needed to wait 30 days. So when I tried to contact the seller via shopify (after 30 days), broken link and now store is gone. 
I want my product or my money! Please assist

If you're not able to get a hold of them and you haven't receive your order within 30 days, this is when we recommend you report it to us here. We don't disclose the results of any reviews we do, but this will give us the information necessary to look into whether this store is using Shopify, and if so, whether they are violating Shopify's policies. If it has been 30 days I'd also recommend you reach out to the bank or credit card company you used for the payment so they can help further.
