Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify blocked a large amount of money in my account without any explanation, and I can’t withdraw it. I received a notification in the admin panel stating that the number of chargebacks and disputes on my account has increased, even though no such incidents have occurred—I’m attaching a screenshot of the orders. Instead of providing any adequate information, for over a week they have been telling me that they can’t disclose anything because the information is held by another team, and that team can only be contacted via email, to which they are not responding. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. This situation appears to be a scam, and I need help retrieving my funds since I have fully met my obligations to my customers. Please advise me on which law enforcement agencies to contact in order to recover my withheld funds from Shopify. My business is registered and operates in the USA.

This is really serious situation and I would be more than happy to solve this issue. If Shopify has with held your funds without a valid explanation and is not responding to your enquiries then here are the actions that you can do.

If Shopify continues withholding your money without any valid reason, you may need to consult a lawyer who specializes in business and e-commerce disputes.
