Scammed on shopify website

I recently ordered from a website managed my shopify, but I received a product that is not even related to the item that I ordered.

The website doesn't have any contact details like emails or phone numbers.

Whom do I contact regarding this?

I definitely got scammed, I've added an image of what I ordered as well.
