Scheduled local pickup + shipping in same cart

We have products that are only available for local pickup (fruit and flowers) and we need to schedule pickup times (the farm is not otherwise open to the public). The scheduling feature only appears to be available from third party apps, if I am not mistaken.

We also have products that are only available for shipping (drop-shipped stickers, t-shirts, etc which are fulfilled by a third party). 

I'd like to make it possible for customers to place both types of products in the same shopping cart. If they do so, the customer should be asked for a pickup time slot, as well as shipping info. If they only place drop shipped products, they should only be asked for shipping info. If they only order fruit or flowers, they should only be asked to pick a pickup time slot. 

I've been trying to find something in the shopify app store that can satisfy all these requirements, but I haven't been successful. 

Am I going to need custom development or is there already a way to accomplish this?
