Seeking advice on logistics solution

I am planning to buy products from China, India and Pakistan to re-sell to Western Countries. I currently live in Asian country where import tariff is 35%, due to this reason I don't wanna import products in my country. What is the best solution in my case to save as much money as possible on shipping? Is there a way to directly send products from China, India and Pakistan to my customers? I know about 3PL's such as ShipBob, but their reviews are terrible so I avoid using them.
