Seeking Development of a Payment Gateway for Shopify in Armenia

I'm looking for assistance in developing a payment gateway that would serve as an intermediary between Shopify and Armenia's national payment system, ArCa. The goal is to create a commercial project that can be utilized by all Shopify merchants in Armenia.

If anyone has experience in building payment gateways or knowledge of integrating Shopify with local payment systems, I would greatly appreciate your insights and guidance on how to proceed.
