Selecting a payment method

Hi.
I am opening up an store and I am located in Türkiye. I am going to target USA customers primarily. Shopify payments is not available here if my business address is set to an address in Türkiye. However, I have a virtual business address in Miami and if I set it to that then Shopify payment is available. Is it okay if I use the Miami business address and Shopify payment while I am living in Türkiye?
