Selling in the US, shipping from Mexico

Hello!    My store is based in the US and sells in the US but I want to start shipping my products from my warehouse in Mexico. I added the new location on my inventory but wasn´t able to create a shipping label from this location.  I know I need to use a different shipping company but have no idea how to do that. 

Can anyone point in the right direction?

Hi there! It may be cheaper to simply use a 3PL in the US to ship to customers in US. Shoot me an email at team@otwshipping.com and we can help you out.

Thank you for getting in touch. The ability to purchase shipping labels via Shopify Shipping is exclusive to merchants based in the USA, Australia and Canada at this time, so if you are shipping products from a location in Mexico, you would not be able to buy shipping labels directly via the Shopify admin. However, there are a variety of apps that allow merchants in other countries to buy shipping labels. I would recommend checking out Envia Shipping and Fulfillment as I believe they offer this service for Mexico.
