Selling through Shopify via Tik Tok shop

When I sync my Shopify shop products and sell them on Tik Tok shop , is it true I have to fulfill and pay for the order up front until TT reimburses me? So I I by luck sell 1k worth of products, I have to front that until I get paid?

Yup, that’s pretty much how it works with TikTok Shop. When you sell through TikTok Shop, you're responsible for fulfilling and shipping the order first. Then, TikTok reimburses you afterward. So, if you get a big rush of orders, you would need to cover the upfront cost of fulfilling them before TikTok sends you the funds. It’s kind of a pay-first, get-paid-later situation.

This can be a bit of a cash flow challenge if you’re selling high volumes or higher-priced items. It’s worth factoring that into your planning and budget just to make sure you’re covered in case you get hit with a surge of orders.
