Which payment provider(s) do you have enabled?

If you're using Shopify Payments, this section of the Shopify Help Center provides more detail on payouts: Getting paid with Shopify Payments. Keep in mind that banks typically take between 24-72 hours to process deposits to your bank account, so there might be some processing time between the time the payout is sent and the time you see it in your bank account. You can also check Settings > Payments > View payouts to see the current status of your payouts.

If you have any other payment providers enabled, you may have a third-party account outside of your Shopify admin that includes payout details. Within the Shopify admin, the Timeline of each order details page will provide some insight into how each order was processed and where the payout has been directed.
