Send Notification to Physical Store for Web Pickup

Hello.

I'm new to Shopify and wondering how I would accomplish the following:

We accept orders from our web site and users can define which of three stores they want to pick up the order at. I want to send a notification to only the store the user is picking up at so our employees can fulfill the order at that store. In the drop down menu for 'Add an Order Notification', all I see is one Web option, I don't see a web option for each store.

What do I need to do to make this work? Could I use webhooks? If I use a webhook, which data value would contain the pickup location?
