Server Error collecting payment

When placing on order for the customer (in the backend not website), after entering all the credit card information and hitting the charge button I get a server error. I have deleted the cache and cookies and tried a different browser. A different computer is not an option. Please advise.

Have you tried it to Shopify app and website and see if both server error issue will appear? If not yet kindly try that as well. If that did not work, there might be an issue with the credit card or system. I highly suggest that you reach out Shopify support team and see what they can find in the back end.

Interesting.  I was having the same issue and it worked when I processed on the APP.  What could have been the issue?
