Since there is such a discrepancy in price between First Class Mail and Priority Mail, setting a Handling Fee for both is counter-intuitive, as it will not cover the handling fee for both options. We should be able to add separate percentages for each, but unfortunately we can't.
My workaround for this is to instead create my own rate for packages under 1lb that will qualify for First Class mail.
1) Will we still be able to fulfill shipping through Shopify if a customer selects a shipping method produced from the "Your rates" settings?
2) Assuming yes is the previous answer, Shopify's First Class rates were unexpectedly lower than Pirate Ship's. $1.98 for Shopify and $3.62 from Pirate Ship. Is that truly the rate that I would pay via Shopify, or is something very off here?
3) Assuming no is the previous answer, Shopify, please take into account we need separate handling fees for First Class and Priority Mail shipments.
