Setting up dropship shipping rates

I'm in the process of opening an online store. I will carry some inventory, but will also have products from various suppliers who will drop ship. How do you recommend I manage the shipping rates. I am particular stuck on how to manage them if a customer orders various products and they are coming from various locations/suppliers. Each supplier is going to charge me a different shipping fees.
