Setting Up Flat Rate Shipping on different profiles same country

Hi,

I would like to know how can I achieve flat rate shipping for the same country in different shipping profiles with different products. 

Consider this scenario below.

General Profile Australia  Product 1 Flat-Rate Shipping  $0 and above $10

Custom Profile 1 Australia  Product 2 Flat-Rate Shipping  $0 and above $10 USA Product 2 Standard Shipping $0 and above $80

Custom Profile 2 Australia  Product 3 Flat-Rate Shipping  $0 and above $10 USA Product 3 Standard Shipping $0 and above $50

If I'm a customer from Australia and wanted to buy Product 1 and Product 2, currently my shipping cost will be $20. But I want flat-rate shipping of $10 regardless of the products I added.

If I'm a customer from the USA and purchased Product 2 and Product 3, I want a shipping cost of $130 - which is actually correct right now.

How can I achieve flat rate shipping for Australia?

Unfortunately, I don't believe this is possible with Shopify's built-in shipping methods, since Profiles are designed to be combined. So there is no way for the system to know that customers from Australia should only get a flat price while customers from other countries get a combined price.

If you're open to using a third-party solution, Intuitive Shipping lets you set up individual rules-based shipping methods for any shipping zone, so you could have specific product-based Scenarios that create a combined shipping method for customers in the US, and a 'general' Scenario for all products that only charges the flat rate to customers in Australia.
