Setting up payments when no one owns our business

Hi,

I am trying to set up payments. We are a charity, so a non-profit business type.  Our Charity is not owned by anyone, but run by a board of directors. I've put in their details but I cannot save/submit the information as the following error message pops up: 

'There are errors with the account:

• An individual who owns 25% or more of the business needs to be added'

We don't have any such individual - what can I do? I can't even find a live chat to ask for support - just going round in circles!

Any help would be amazing.

Yes we did but had to log it with Shopify to help resolve and that took
about 6 months.
