Setting up shipping with Printify and my own products

I created custom shipping rates for each product. I have stickers that I ship myself. Then I have t-shirts and posters on Printify. So I made 3 different shipping rates. They're not perfect, but I felt like I at least had them set up properly.

In testing my site's checkout page, I get the error "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again." at checkout.

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and finding the information to accurately fix this. How does this work?

Hi, @RK4TW !

It sounds like there might be an issue with the shipping settings you've set up on your Shopify store. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Double-check your shipping rates: Make sure that you've set up your shipping rates correctly and that they're applied to the right products. Check to make sure that your shipping rates are set up to cover the areas where you're shipping, and that you're not excluding any countries or regions by mistake.

  2. Check your shipping address: Make sure that you're entering a valid shipping address at checkout. Double-check that the address is complete and accurate, and that you're not accidentally leaving out any important information like a zip code or apartment number.

  3. Test different shipping scenarios: Try adding different combinations of products to your cart and testing out different shipping scenarios to see if the error message appears consistently. This can help you narrow down the problem to a specific product or shipping rate.

  4. Contact Shopify support: If you're still having trouble, don't hesitate to contact Shopify support for assistance. They may be able to help you identify the issue and suggest a solution.

Overall, it's important to make sure that your shipping settings are configured correctly to avoid issues like this at checkout. With a little bit of testing and troubleshooting, you should be able to get your shipping rates working smoothly.
