Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
We have a product of case pack 12pcs, assume Product 1 - Pack of 12. From this pack of 12 we also offer pack of 6, pack of 3 and 1 piece as individual product. Those individual product has also increment value(on the plus minus increment box) of 12, 6, 3, 1 respectively. So they all have the same inventory to be tracked. For example, if we have 24 pcs total inventory, if someone purchases pack of 6. 24 - 6 = 18 is the latest inventory for all of them. again if some one purchases 12 pc, now inventory is 18 - 12 = 6. Now how can I achieve this inventory mapping, any paid/free app or custom code solution to be suggested(how it can be done, not the whole code) will be highly appreciated
Thank you

Hi @Rahat4 ,
The Shopify community doesn't allow us to provide a direct Calendly link, so I request you to first download our app, Profit Bundle, from where you can directly book a meeting with us.
Hi @Rahat4 ,
We recently released an app that solves exactly the problem you face right now. It's called Fusion Inventory and it lets different products and variants draw from the same underlying inventory. All you have to do is configure the products' "bill of materials" in the app. The app will take care of syncing your products inventory to Shopify whenever orders are placed or cancelled.
In your example you have a product with has a different variant for each pack size. To set the app up after installing it, you would:
Going forward the app syncs the inventory of affected products after orders are placed/cancelled.
If you haven't already found a solution, give it a shot and feel free to email me if you have any questions.
Hi @Rahat4,
The Easify Inventory Sync app can easily solve your issue by syncing inventory between your individual pieces and pack products (e.g., Pack of 3/6/12).
Here’s how it works 🤗:
Sync Inventory: The available quantity of individual pieces will determine how many packs of 3, 6, or 12 you can sell. For example, with 24 individual pieces, you can have 8 packs of 3, 4 packs of 6, and 2 packs of 12 available for sale.
Automatic Updates: When a pack is sold, the app will automatically adjust the inventory of the individual pieces and recalculate the available quantities for the packs. For instance, if a customer buys 1 pack of 3, the inventory for individual pieces will drop from 24 to 21. The app will then update the pack quantities to 7 packs of 3, 3 packs of 6, and 1 pack of 12.
This setup is similar to how beverages are managed in packs, with inventory tracked by individual units. The app also provides a comprehensive user guide to help with setup.
If you’re interested in trying the app, or if you need help with the setup, feel free to reach out to the Easify team.
