ship profile not working

HELP-

I have had free ship for 0-10oz for years, and tried to change it today to make it $2 ship and it didnt work, so then I tried to put it back to free and its not working- I have to get this back to weight- free ship 

OK I had to do a workaround, since the by price works to give people free shipping, but the weight will not which is weird, since its been set like this for years to give free ship with 0-10oz so not sure if there is a glitz in my shipping?

thank you as I have to get this fixed its a holiday weekend and people want free ship!

the issue is I am doing it exactly how it was for years, but since the weight option isnt working on my site when people go to check out, its showing pricing instead of free for 0-10oz I had to change it to do by pricing- but I need it back to oz

Hi I have not gotten a reply or any help? I did send screen shots can someone please help- I still cant get free shipping to work for 0-10oz and have tried everything , googled the issue and it cant be that difficult so I am thinking there is a glitch in my backend?

I have done a workaround for now but its not great- thank you for helping
