Have you tried setting up shipping on your store via flat rates and then purchasing the shipping labels through the carrier?

I did set up shipping rates to my store but I didn't understand this step " then purchasing the shipping labels through the carrier"

Last I checked, there are several shipping carriers offer services from Jordan and can integrate with Shopify. Here are a few options you might consider:

1. Aramex

2. DHL

3. UPS
