Shippin, Tracking, Locations and fulfillment

Greetings all,

I noticed on my Abandoned Checkouts for certain purchase trail, that there's button with "More Actions" on it, when I press it, it gives me the option to track the order or product by a wrong fulfillment App, as in image below


This product is supported and fulfilled by Printfull not Cjdropshipping, which makes me wonder if I assign Locations where "shipping from" in a wrong way or what. I checked on my Shipping and delivery section, I created different profiles for every group of products fulfilled by certain app with rates and zones.

Please Advice, it's my first time managing such a business.
