Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When checking my site from a customers perspective, my country/region list on the checkout page only has Australia available? I have my shipping zones & rates set up, is there any reason they would not be showing up as an option in my checkout when editing the shipping address?

Hey, @Ashton10.
Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your checkout.
If a country isn't showing in the drop-down under country it is most likely because you don't have any rates set up for that country. The drop-down in the checkout process populates with countries that have rates set up in your shipping settings. If there aren't any rates set, this will cause that drop down to only show countries that do. I recommend making sure all countries have a rate set up, and if you are offering free shipping, you can add a rate of $0.
Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue even with rates set up, and I would be happy to work together to look further into this. Please provide screenshots of your shipping settings to assist better if the issue persists.

I am also having this issue
we have all our zones set up correctly, never used to be an issue
I found I had to go into settings, then click on markets & make sure that all the countries I was looking at shipping to were in there! By adding/removing different markets it will add/remove them from you shipping list at checkout!
Hope this helps!
Thanks a lot for your update!! It took me almost half day to sort it out.. pff

Hi, @waqaryounis035.
Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry you are still having issues with only one country showing in shipping. Are you able to share your URL so I can test it on my end?

thanks so much Ashton10! This saved me hours. International markets were inactive which lead to a not populated dropdown!
Hello, I am facing the same problem. I have just one country in checkout. Could you please check it for me.

Hi @Ijaz
I guess you have to configure your Shopify market. This is done by selecting "Add Markets" from within the Markets settings. To resolve it accurately you can contact Shopify live chat support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat
