Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear Shopify Support Center,
Some of my customers got into trouble when they try to put addresses into the shipping part. We also try to put that address and it ok, but my customer cannot do it despite we have already shipped to that region much time. And one more thing, it just happens with sweaters products only, some customers not one, so I so afraid of this problem. Please help me check the reason.

Have you added the sweater in a different shipping profiles? There might be issues with the zones & rates configured for this shipping zones.
