Shipping and connecting to cjdropshipping

I recently started my online store and have received my first order. Unfortunately it is not connecting to my cjdropshipping, but says that it is connected on my account there. I have an order that was placed a couple days ago and can not get it to fullfil my order from my Shopify store to cjdropshipping. Someone please help!

For orders from Shopify to be successfully synced to your CJDropshipping account, they'll need to meet the following conditions:


  • The order is paid within 15 days.
  • The order is unfulfilled.
  • The products within the order are properly connected within CJDropshipping.


If your orders meet the conditions above, you can fix the syncing problem by either manually syncing your store's orders, or by placing your orders manually on CJDropshipping without syncing. You can find more information and further troubleshooting steps on CJDropshipping's website here.
