Shipping and delivery - Method definition cannot save conditions with different fields

Trying to set up shipping rates with conditions for the very first time. It is not working and pops up this message in red box. Can anyone help or know the solution?

I had the same problem, even though everything was set up correctly. I've deleted all profiles and re-entered and it worked.
