Shipping App that works with Recharge/Subscriptions for items that ship from multiple locations

Our store primarily uses subscription bundles, and we are now shipping from multiple locations. Unfortunately, Recharge and Shopify won't work together on that piece, and they double-charge the customer our flat-rate shipping fee when we set up multiple locations. The app that solves this does NOT integrate with Recharge. 

Bespoke Shipping does not work with subscriptions - so that's out. 

Does anyone know of an app that works with recharge subscriptions and deals with setting rates for multiple locations? We're desperate to figure this out so our customers don't get double-charged shipping, and we don't have to keep refunding and emailing them about this issue.
