Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We ship items countinously. Our billing goes through automatically.
Today it says I am -57 dollars away from going over the threshhold with an outstanding bill of $5xx.
There is no invoice to pay. There is no way of paying the outstanding bill. We always run it automatically and it has never had a problem before. We haven't heard anything about our card being declined or compromised.
The support team said this is happening to other merchants because of an update. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't ship anything and I have orders stacking up.
