Hi,
when adding a tracking link to the order, there was always an entry in the dropdown selector for "Österreichische Post" (Austrian Post) as shipping carrier. However, this entry is missing now since last week and only "other" can be selected. Is it possible to re-add this entry? The default URL for the tracking link is: https://www.post.at/s/sendungsdetails?snr=

Thanks for outlining this situation for us. I don't see any information available in my resources around Australia Post being removed as an existing tracking option. If possible, can you please reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our Help Center so we can collect some additional information around this order? Reaching out to us via our Help Center lets us get you authenticated so we can access your account in real-time, and will allow us to do some more in-depth troubleshooting than we can here in the Community. Being able to look into this order and run it past our Shipping Team if needed would be incredibly helpful in looking into this loss of functionality.

thank you for your fast reply. To clear things up: the postal service that is missing is Austrian Postal Services (not Australian) 🙂

I did a quick check of my resources here and I'm not seeing any mention of changes being made in relation to selecting 'Austrian Postal Service' being removed as a selectable option! I do recommend taking the steps I outlined in my previous post so we can get you authenticated and take a closer look at this order + run it by our Shipping Team to see if they have any insights.
