Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am working on figuring out why when my customers pay for shipping, I am also being charged for shipping.
Example: Total shipping is $150 - I pay $125, and the customer pays $25. Sometimes it can be the other way around.
What is the cause of this?

Thanks for reaching out. Can you tell me a bit more about your shipping settings? Do you have fixed or calculated shipping rates, and do you purchase your shipping labels within Shopify?

Below are the current profile and shipping settings. I also mainly purchase labels through Shopify.
Also, my shipping rates show calculated.

Just so I fully understand the issue, when you refer to being charged for shipping, are you talking about the cost of shipping labels from Shopify, or what you're charged by Printify (or another app)?
If you want to ensure your customer covers the cost of shipping, you'll want to set your shipping rates based on the price of the label and/or any fees from the supplier apps you use.

Your carrier-calculated shipping should (if all rates are set up correctly) compute the correct shipping price, and your customer pays that in their order price. When you go to ship the product, you have to purchase the shipping label, and it is two separate transactions. You receive the money in your payout from the customer, and then you purchase the shipping label with your card on file.
