Shipping Charging $177.00 on every product

when a customer checks out, they are charged $177.00 shipping on every product in my store. i cannot figure out what setting is messed up.

Did you check your shipping rate settings in the admin Settings > Shipping and delivery > Shipping Profiles > Zones?

hi @gror you might have created the flat rate shipping option for the customers. This results in a single value being displayed for the customers as shipping.
