Hi guys,
since April we can not send any shipping confirmations anymore.
before that our fullfillment partner send with shopify a shipping confirmation via the api. (sorry not an tech expert, so this is the best i can explain ;))
Since they had to change something on the api configuration because of the new shopify update no more cornfirmations are sent. We believe it is because the trigger for the shopify confirmation is not set up correctly anymore. Please can anybody help me how to fix this? You can see the differences of an order with shipping confirmation and without in the images attached.
