Shipping cost configuration between alibaba and Shopify

Hello,

im new to Shopify. Im using alibaba drop shipping.

It calculate the recommended price by include the shipment cost.

this puts my item price very high. On top of this Shopify charges for another shipping cost which than makes my item incredibly expensive.

1) How should I set my price in alibaba ? Should I add the shipping cost to the product ?

2) how can Shopify not add shipping cost on top of the alibaba shipping cost ? 
3) how to setup the right price and configuration  between alibaba and Shopify please for the shipment cost and have a competitive pricing?
