Shipping / Delivered notification - wrong language

Hello,

our default language is set Finnish, also in the notifications everything is in Finnish. In the templates there's "Fi" in the code and the content is correct. When making actual test buys, we receive the order confirmation in Finnish but the delivery notification with the tracking code in Japanese. Please instruct us, where and what to change.
