Shipping Discount

Hi, 

When i am creating shipping labels and am choosing the shipping route i would like to go (i.e ups, fedex, usps) in the upper right hand corner it shows the shipping cost normally and then with shopify the discounted rate. This is not showing up anymore and I am wondering why. The shipping is WAY more expensive because it's not showing this anymore..im not super tech savvy. Not sure if it's something I did or what's going on. Please help!
