Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
I'm a Shopify Partner and my client has been receiving screenshots from her customers with a shipping error message: "This order can't be shipped to your location" even though we do have rates for domestic (and international). I've double-checked rates and that all locations offer shipping, any help troubleshooting is much appreciated.

Hey @catwilson.
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate the context that you have shared, would you happen to have a screenshot of the shipping rates? Typically, if you are offering shipping to a specific location and your customers in that location are experiencing an error message. There could be a couple of reasons that this may occur.
First, I would check to make sure that the products that the customers are attempting to buy are stocked in a location shown within the General Shipping profile. If you have recently added a new location, you may need to add the newly created location to the shipping profile to allow the products to be purchased. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
If the locations have been added and the products are stocked at the correct location. Are the rates within the shipping profile based on weight or price? As this could be another reason that the customers are experiencing this error message. If the weight and/or price does not meet the criteria for the shipping location, they will receive the error message: "This order can't be shipped to your location".
Looking forward to your reply.
